SeaPort-e is a multi-prime Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle to provide a wide range of services. It was specifically created as a tool that all Virtual SYSCOM activities can use to obtain cost effective services through competitive, unrestrictive and efficient means. It is available for use in conducting set-aside procurements for small business and certified 8(a) businesses. SeaPort-e offers a contemporary contracting vehicle for today’s government managers. For more information visit the SeaPort-e.
SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members.
All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.
All Async-Nu Microsystems personnel working on SeaPort-e task orders will comply with the plan and specific program Quality Control (QC) plans (which take precedence). The plan applies to all project deliverables. Project deliverable items includes (1) documentation in accordance with contract, (2) hardware and software elements integrated into a system installed and maintained as specified in contracts. Our Quality Control provides the confidence that all products and services totally conform to established customer requirements. Async-Nu Microsystems Quality Control program is covered by the QCP. The QCP identifies the policy and program related procedures for ensuring the required quality of all deliverables required from Async-Nu Microsystems customers. Specific QC plans may provide more detail as required.
This QCP is consistent with the following documents:
American National Standard: Quality Systems Model for Quality Control in Design, Development, Production, Installation, and Servicing (ANSI/ISO/ASQC Q9001-1994)
